6-mil poly containment installed with zippered access to isolate the work area from unaffected portions of the structure. Negative air machine with HEPA filtration deployed inside containment to capture airborne particulate during demolition and drying. Pressure differential maintained to prevent cross-contamination, consistent with IICRC S520 guidelines. Containment is necessary due to [microbial growth / Category 3 conditions / occupied adjacent areas / dust generation from demolition]. Verify against the current published edition of IICRC S520.

Drywall removed [X] inches above the highest point of moisture migration, confirmed by moisture meter readings and thermal imaging. Cut performed to expose the wall cavity for drying, inspection of insulation and framing, and removal of porous material that cannot be dried in place within the standard drying window. Consistent with IICRC S500 guidance for affected gypsum in Category [X] conditions. Verify against the current published edition of IICRC S500.
