LGR dehumidifier deployed based on Class [X] / Category [X] conditions and the materials present. LGR equipment selected over standard refrigerant due to [dense materials requiring deeper extraction / lower grain conditions needed to dry hardwood, plaster, or concrete / structural cavity drying]. Equipment sizing follows IICRC S500 dehumidification calculations for the affected cubic footage. Performance recorded in daily moisture log. Daily moisture monitoring performed by a certified technician. Readings recorded for affected materials, unaffected reference materials (dry standard), ambient temperature, relative humidity, and grains per pound. Equipment performance verified and adjustments made as conditions change. Monitoring continues until affected materials reach the established dry standard. Full log available in claim file.
